DD-WRT v10509 Std/Small Test Build (BIN) for WGR614L

Updated test build of DD-WRT for North American versions of the NETGEAR WGR614L open source router, in BIN format. Reported to resolve issues with blinking lights, resetting issues, etc.

Note: This is a .bin file, suitable for North American versions of the router already running previous versions of DD-WRT. In European versions, this file will place the router into tftp mode after reboot.
