Netgear R7500 v1, boot loop, and CLI cable?

Hi, every one.
so it did not work well. I tried to flash my Netgear R7500 v1, but it got stuck in a boot loop.

When I try to turn it on, power LED goes on, 15sec later, power LED goes off, eSATA lights blue and the 4 Ethernet LEDs turn red, 1sec. later the eSATA LED turns off and the power LED lights up again and the 4 Ethernet LEDs are turned on in 4sec and we start all the time. boot loop (?)

I then started my googling. and find this page: https://www.myopenrouter.com/article/how-set-serial-console-netgear-wndr...

Yes, yes, I opened my Netgear R7500 to see what to find and find 2 times 4pins on the board. Now I just need a pin out and a cable so I find this:

but do I need a "special" USB cable, or is it okay to cut and old USB cable on the R7500?

or do you guys have any ideas what I can try, or is it just ha brick now
